This Introductory offer includes 2 weeks access to the 6:15am-7:30am Mountain Time weekday classes and Sunday 8:30am-10:00am Mountain Time class.  These classes are recorded as well and active for 26 hours if you cannot attend live. (Poetry of Yoga and the Canmore Workshop are special events and not part of this offer.)  

 

This introductory offer is $35. If you decided to continue onward with FOY we will credit the $35 towards the monthly pass you choose to purchase.
